The Commons - Main Gathering Space – 1st Floor

Perfect for larger events, community gatherings, and social experiences.

Woodland Heights near Forest Hill Park — just 10 minutes from downtown Richmond.

  • Limited on-site parking + ample street parking

    Note: Our bathroom is not wheelchair accessible.

Public Pricing for renting The Commons:

  • Flat Rate Rental: $100/hour (paid upon contract signing)

Member Pricing for hosting in The Commons:

  • 80/20 Split: You handle marketing + ticketing — HQ receives 20% (payment due 5 business days after your event)

  • 50/50 Split: HQ handles marketing + ticketing — revenue split evenly (payout within 5 business days)

    If you’d like HQ to create marketing flyers, we require all details at least 3 weeks in advance.

Perfect for intimate retreats, small group sessions, and focused gatherings.
