Thank you for your interest in hosting an experience at HQ. Here's the rundown:

Location

We’re located in Woodland Heights near Forest Hill Park - just 10 minutes from downtown Richmond.

 Capacity

  • 35 people - standing-based events

  • 25 people - seated events

 Amenities

  • Kitchenette

  • Single-stall bathroom

  • WiFi + music system

  • Projector + printer

  • 4 large tables, 2 small tables

  • Dimmable lighting

  • Limited on-site parking, ample street parking
    Note: Our bathroom is not wheelchair accessible.

Pricing Options

  • Flat Rate: $100/hour (paid upon contract signing)

  • 70/30 Split: You handle marketing + ticketing — HQ receives 30% (you pay 5 business days after your event)

  • 50/50 Split: HQ handles marketing + ticketing — revenue is split evenly (you’re paid within 5 business days post-event) *please note: if you want us to create marketing flyers for you, we must receive all information 3 weeks in advance of the event date.
