For our Resident Members, HQ is a dedicated home base. Providing practitioners with a private, reliable place to work with clients and grow their business.

At The Haven at HQ, our Sanctuary is designed specifically for wellness professionals, therapists, coaches, and other 1:1 practitioners who want a serene, professional space that feels like their own. The space includes a massage table, sound bowls, herbs, a spacious couch, and open floor space, making it well suited for bodywork, counseling, coaching, energy work, yoga or Pilates, and similar practices.

Each Resident Member receives:

1 guaranteed weekly day in The Sanctuary that’s fully theirs
The option to book additional days when vacant days have openings
A media package + complimentary sign-on bonus, including professional photos and a promo reel to help you market your services and get rooted in our community

Residency at HQ is about consistency, support, and being part of a community that takes their work seriously while staying human and remembering that people come first.
