This isn’t just a space rental — it’s a dedicated home base for practitioners and groups who need a private, reliable place to serve clients and grow their business.

At HQ, The Sanctuary is intentionally designed for wellness professionals, therapists, coaches, and 1:1 practitioners who want a serene, professional setting that feels like their own. Outfitted with a massage table, sound bowls, herbs, a cozy couch, and open floor space, it’s ideal for bodywork, counseling, coaching, energy sessions, yoga or Pilates instruction, and more.

The Commons is our entire first floor that boasts dramatically tall cielings, seating for 20+, a kitchenette, projector, surround sound and the list goes on and on. If you've been to an event at HQ, it was likely here!

Each Resident Member receives:

  • 1 guaranteed weekly day in The Sanctuary or The Commons that’s fully theirs

  • The option to book additional days when vacant days have openings

  • A media package + complimentary sign-on bonus, including professional photos and a promo reel to help you market your services and get rooted in our community

Residency is about more than access to space — it’s about joining a supportive ecosystem of founders and friends, with resources and opportunities to grow your practice alongside others.
